    Diet Soda...is that alright?

    I read in a magazine that as long as there are no calories in your beverages its fine to drink them... is this true for diet sodas as well like diet pepsi....it has caffeine in it...not a lot but it is what it is


    also does carbonation effect anything? thanks

    No problemo there. **** zero is a nice change. Not good if your watching the sodium or aspartame intake.

    Yes, the sodium can bloat you.... which is why you see a lot of people around here staying away from carbonated beverages such as cola. No, it wont make u fat or kill you but I would find something else if you can.

    i dont seem how, there is like what 60-80 mg of sodium in a can of soda, and a gram of sodium in a can of tuna, i dont think there is any way soda consumption can cause water retention...

    Lots of artificial BS your body has to do something with. I know a lot of ppl that had a hard time losing weight until they dropped soda (diet or not) all together.
