    Good luck! Some suggestions...

    1. keep a log on this website
    2. keep track of training as well as diet.
    3. emphasize cardio and compound movements. you'll be back in no time!

My chiro told me that my tension in the upper back was almost no present this week after doing a very hard weekend of work around the house, some boxing in a punching bag and get this, this morning i trained my back with 100 pound on my machine with lat pulldown front, low pulley rows and reverse pulldowns.

I tought i was going to pay for that later in the day but i really wasnt that bad at all, i did around 10-8 reps for 4 sets of each.

Go slowly, don't push yourself to hard in the beginning. But your body will come back....from personal experience I can attest to this. 2 years ago I was 135 Lbs after going through chemotherapy. I'm back to 220 and cutting for a show in July. Plan well and include all components, training, cardio and diet.

    Good luck, Livestrong!

Thanks Sonar, I often wonder the same thing with my mom that passed July 2 1997. Had I known the things then that I found with my own cancer I really believe it would have made a difference in her possibly surviving. The thing that we can do now is share with people that are going through it the things that I believe could help in their surviving, one of them of course being the ph diet.
It seems like every week someone is contacting me now to speak with a friend or family member that was just diagnosed with some form of cancer. It's really a great opportunity to turn the challenge I went through into something productive. Thanks again Sonar and Livestrong!

I am a bit mad because modern medecin here in Montreal will not push the ph diet theory, i guess its another question of money.

I been helping out people here and there myself with this diet, a women at my job just been diagnost with stage one ovarian cancer, this women was an avid diet pepsi drinker and was unaware of all the acid foods she was eating, so far so good i loaned her the ph diet book and she started doing it along with her treatments, baking soda in water can be discousting but i does wonders to lower acid in the body.

We all need to live strong and fight this terrible disease, i seen on the american cancer society that they plan to find a cure by 2016 or something, i am pertty sure they are close of finding something.
