    water pills??????

    whats up guys i was told today at my gym that i go to that i can use water pills from a pharmacy such as any drug store to give rid over water retention...is this true or is it a load of bullsh!t

    people only really use any sort of hardcore water-pills only for contest prep...those things can be dangerous if abused! If you're not cutting up for comp, stick to herbal (taraxatone for example) or dietary measures (less salt, drink more water to piss frequently). If it's really bad, the max I would do is a modiuretic for a short while...but only if you find yourself incapacitated by the water retention

    its not that i have massive amount of water retention its just that monday im starting a test prop cycle only and im wondering if a water pill can help me by excluding some or most of my water retention.....kinda ridiculous im sorry i just wondering

    when i use will pills i cramp up real bad. i almost feel off a roof at work because my sides and legs cramped so bad.
