Ok so ive decided to run Eq and Test Prop for my next cycle.
Equipoise: 400mg week 1-12
Test Prop: 100 mg eod week 1-12 OR Test Cyponiate: 400mg week 1-12
What do yall think? This will be my second cycle. I first did a cycle of Test Cyp. 400mg for 12 weeks and had no sides or anything, so what do you yall think should be in my post cycle therapy?
I am 6-0 185 lbs. 22 years old. And have been training since highschool.

Not nessasary... You wanna keep enough test in you to avoid the sides. 300mgs per week is a min IMO but test is the key builder and should be treated as a main component above everything else in a cycle IMO.

Stick to test e if you're running Eq. No reason to stick yourself eod when you're using Eq. Eq is best when run for long so save the prop for a prop/tren/winny cycle etc. that will be run quick.

Im basically just trying to make some good strenght gains. I dont have enough money at the moment to add var into the cycle. This is only my 2nd cycle so im tryna keep the dosages low. I was thinking either Arimidex and Nolva for a few weeks for the PCT. Which one do yall recommend? I know alot of people favor Nolva, but i read a dave palumbo article that said he recomends Arimidix for men while women should opt for Nolvadex.

do u understand the difference in active lifes of esters?
cuz it sounds to me like u got alot of research to do before u start playing w/ aas.
