Need ideas for eating on the go.

I need any good input on bulking meals while driving. My job is ruthless on me and my schedule is very tight.

This will be difficult for me to eat every 2.5 hrs while working because I am a route sales rep on the fookin go all day.

Anything but sandwiches please. I am bout sick of the 6-8 sandwiches a day!

    Thanks.

I don't think that will digest very well. Plus a cold bag does not offer very many calories for bulking.

    McD's? Burger King? Wendys?

Food preperation is key! Make all your stuff at home and bring it with you. for one its cost effective and its less of a hassel.

I work a long shift a plant so meals are always a concern of mine. I generally prepare all my food well in advance. I hate eating the same thing all the time. So I add variety while using healthy items. I use a Foreman grill which helps cook a variety of items all at once. Baggies and reusable containers help keep the food contained. There are a lot of things that can be pre-made that are not messy if done correct. Veggies can be eaten raw or lightly steamed and eaten. Chicken and Turkey burgers are a good add in. My suggestion is make up individual portions keep a decent lunch box and run with it. It isn’t that hard you just have to plan ahead. Protein bars are a nice add in but not a staple. Have fun and good luck.
