Have you already done the usual, clean diet, increased cardio? Works wonders if you haven't.

hows the diet? a lot of processed foods? watch the salt, and drink more water....

Clean diet, I really think I am just paranoid more than anything. Doing more cardio also.

Only ran a Test E cycle at 500 mg
and now a Test Prop/Anadrol cycle

I am going to get it taken tomorrow, but my Heart rate at resting is where it should be . I just get paranoid I guess easily
