very confused about pct please help

sorry to post this again but i am very confused. last time i post my cycle witch is:
dbol 30mg week 1-4
test e 500mg week 1-14
deca 300mg week 1-10
tren e 175mg every 5 day week 5-12
im trying to get pct right because this is my first one. not first cycle but first pct

i have nolv, a-dex, and have Aromasin ordered. i know now not to use a-dex on pct with nolva. so i will be useing aromasin. after reading and talking to source he told me not to take nolv till 2 weeks after last injection. and to start aromasin right after last shot. last time i posted someone told me to do it like this:
weeks 9-12: Aromasin 20mg/day
weeks 9-13: Nolvadex 20mg/day
weeks 14: Nolvadex 10mg/day
weeks 15: Nolvadex 5mg/day
if i do it like this then i will only be on it for one week after cycle and if im not mistakin test will be in system for at least 2 weeks after last injection. so wouldnt pct have to be a couple weeks after cycle.

question are: when do i start nolvadex and aromasin?
how long do i use them and at what doses?

why not use a-dex on pct ? i do with no problems and a lot of other people do this

it's ment to hinder nolva but to what extent ?

i dont have a problem running a-dex at all
