    Cool *New Female* Need lots of HELP *

    If you will take a look at my profile, you will see how much I weigh, and how tall I am.. I have a couple of questions.

    I am currently taking Clenbuterol to loose some weight, but I dont' know very much about steroids... I have read that Clenbuterol is a very good fat bruner, so I guess I would give it a try. I have been taking these for about 1 week now!

    I have Deca shots, but I am not sure if I need to take them or not.. What would be the BEST option to help me loose lots of weight in a timely matter?

    and will Deca shots help me loose it?

    If you people can help me with ANYTHING on this topic.. I would VERY VERY appreciate it.. Especially women if you have been in my position before!!

    Be very careful with the clen trisha...
    Monitor your heart rate and be EASY on dosages...
    I don`t recommend you do Deca Duranbolin now...
    I don`t think you need to use steroids to loose fat... Go naturally and go to the diet section to post how you eat (the key is the diet) and do lots of cardio on empty stomach.

    Lemme take a look on your stats... i`ll be back with more info.

    With your stats you should not be on clen. clen can be real dangerous on the heart if not used correctly. And to be honest, just alone your weight is putting you at risk for high Blood pressure. Now stacking that possibility with clen is a recipe for disaster. i would recomend doing some research on clen before you continue to take it.

    Mabye you could help fill us in on what your training schedule looks like?, if any?.

    Hey trisha, I am sorry to tell you this but you have not found the miracle weightloss drug, there isn't one. Clen is a useful tool in the last stages of diet when bodyfat is low and the body fights to keep it. The way you are using it (to replace excercise) is not only dangerous but results will be poor. Forget Deca too that will make you look fatter if anything and will add a beard and chest hair for you too, not good.
    You need a structured diet and excercise regime. I used to weigh 300lbs+. it took a year to lose 100lbs of fat with good diet and hard work. You can do it too.
    If you would like diet help then post current diet in diet forum and i will take a look, Also the female forum will be full of useful advice for you.
    As far as excercise goes you need to do low impact cadrio. Fast walk on treadmill or cross trainer ED for 30 mins before breakfast. Slowly build up time each week until you are doing 1 hour ED. The fat will drop off i promise (if you are not overeating).

    Hello. Obviously I a new here too but I have been lurking around these forums for awhile. I was grossly overweight and still a bit over weight. I have been dieting and using a healthy exercise routine to get to where I wish to be. Like you I looked for the miracle answer, like PB said there is none. I would suggest that you do like many of us have, create a diet plan (you have to stick to it and it can be tough) and really embrace it. Then also start a regular cardio routine. It is all a drastic lifestyle change. Gear like I have heard in the past said is “Icing on the cake”. A way to refine the body with certain limitations, without a good knowledge bases you could cause extreme damage to yourself.

    I really appreciate all the help.. Clens is doing pretty good for me, a little.. I don't eat that much, and walk on the treadmill a lil but I will pick it up just like perfectbeast said... Everyone says it looks like I am going down a little, so maybe the clens is helping me, I defintely won't take Deca.. lol I dont' want to be a shemale.

    When I took Clens, I took it for about 6 days and now the shaking and headahces are gone.. So is it still okay if I walked on treadmill, went on a reg diet, and took clens? Should I see a difference..

    Diet Is Going To Be Your Number One Goal. Eating To Little Inst Going To Help You At All, B/c Your Body Will Think Its Not Getting Fed And Retain Body Fat. The First Thing You Should Search Is Diets And Helthy Foods. This Will Be The Best Step To Get You Into Shape. Then Comes The Excersize. Later On Down The Raod You Be Able To Look Into Other Alternatives To Loose That Extra Weight

    Steroids is not the answer to losing fat/weight, you must be on proper diet and exercise program ie: cardio and weight training.

    clen, other thermogenic type drugs will assist you in losing 20% more fat then if you did NOT use them, but they will not magically make the fat go away.

    Please DO NOT TAKE DECA, please read up profiles and information on Deca
    and make sure that you are well educated on what you plan to put into your body before you do so

    Another really helpful thing is to find a support group, like the one you have found here. You need to research, discuss and and ask questions. There are a few smart asses on here who will make shiity remarks now and again, but for the most part we are all here to learn and support each other.

    do like pb said search the diet forum and get a diet put together and ok'd by someone.i did the same i started out at 238lbs and 18%-20% bf, i ve been faithfull to my diet and i am 200lbs and 10%-11% bf.its completely changed my world.i never was a huge overeater but i can say my relationship with food has changed. i now eat to feed my body not to feel pleasure or comfort. GL U CAN DO IT! we'll all be here to help.

    Thanks for everyone's help!! I am going to read our Clen FAQ right now! I am going to get a diet plan going, and do my workouts, on the treadmill and try very hard!! I will keep everyone updated!!

    Just walking on the treadmill isn't going to do much for you. For a beginner like you I would recommend 3 full body weight workouts. Like Mon, Wed, Friday. Maybe some high intensity type cardio Tuseday and Thursday for short duration. When you do weights start light so you can learn how to do the move properly. Then add weight until you can do 8 to 12 reps to failure or so. Just 1 or 2 sets an exercise, 1 or 2 exercises a muscle group. Concentrate on compound basic lifts, like bench press, rows, squats (or probably leg press in your case), and deadlifts. Say you do something like bench, incline bench, bent over row, pulldown, leg press and Romanian deadlift, and then add a small amount of isolation sparingly, like something for shoulders or biceps.
