rest up for a week or so, and make stretching a regular habit. I get this often, and found stretching to be a big help in preventing the pain
i was just goign to ask the same question but figured i'd look first. So i guess stretching, but I am wondering, can i lift light? I waited about 5 days and feel like I need to stay in hte damn gym. Can I work through this shLt??? as long as i strectch?
Is this called tennis elbow?? or just a hyper extention?
I wouldn't come back too soon to the gym bro.Just rest and wait.Or do some extra work with legs
Did You got that pain before?If not it shouldn't be a tennis elbow.
