hey guys..Im back. Show went great for me...I had the time of my life. very happy.I got 2nd place in open middleweight(out of 6) & 2nd in mens masters lightweight(out of 4) also.the same guy beat me in both. Thanks for all the support along the way guys!! it DOES make a difference.

thanks guys!! I went a bit overboard on sunday.... lets see.... AM-muffins & bagels w cream cheese. lunch -2 BIG new york city pretzels & a slice on NY pizza...then around 4 had a fajitas combo & then for dinner had a chicken souvlaki
needless to say...monday I was ALL swollen from all the sodium...weighed almost 190....mostly bloat & water... I weighed in at 172.5 at the show.
Im back down to around 184 now...Im going to do another show in 11 days on june 9th...why not.
