    Mates diet finally planned

    My mates diet is finally planned. What do you think?

    Meal 1 200g oats, 3 whole eggs, 3 whites and piece of fruit

    Meal 2 100-150g brown rice, 300g fish and veg

    Meal 3 500g potatoes, 200g chicken breast mayo light

    meal 4 steak or chicken, 50g rice

    Meal 5 need your help

    Meal 6 200g cottage cheese

    Training days

    Meal 1 same as above

    Meal 2 same as above

    Meal 3 same as above

    Meal 4 pre workout 100g oats 1 scoop whey

    Meal 5 post workout 200g chicken, 50g rice

    Meal 6 200g cottage cheese


    He's looking to bulk up but keep in shape

    Height-6,2 weight-194 lbs b/f-13% age-18

    Figure out Macros, post them for each meal and totals for the day and then we can help..

    Otherwise, hire a dietician to do it for you.
