    a superdrol diet! Needs a little help..K,Biz

    All right guys, Ive been trying to figure out a new diet, because, I plan on taking a 3-4 week cycle of SD. But i really need some help.
    Everyday Will be the same, with about 1.5 gallons of water of consumption ATLEAST. I might be biking 8-10 miles when I wake up, and then eat, and then hit the gym..or I wont be biking at all..***ends on how much itll cost to fix my little tricycle! anywho..

    8 am. 1st meal: 1 cup raw broccoli/ 1 cup raw col.Flower. Large Bagel with Cream Cheese, bowl of wheaties with 1%.

    gym. Will be drinking BCAA's.

    around 10:30-11. meal 2. Whey shake w/water, glass of White grape juice PB sandwoo(whole wheat), bananna.

    This is were it gets hard because of my work schedule. 1-9:30 wed-sun. I have excess to endless amounts of Roast Beef, ham, turkey, chicken, and veggies....just I rarely have time to prepare it, let alone eat it, or what to eat.

    meal 3: Just before I leave for work. Plain chicken breast, cup of oats, and some watermelon,canalope,or strawberrys.

    meal 4: about 3 pm. Another Chicken breast, cooked with some honey, cup of brown/white rice.

    meal 5: 5 pm.(Rush hour) another whey shake, but with milk. Along with a ham, turkey sandwhich.

    Meal 6: its 7 oclock now..(More hectic than rush hour) I have no Idea what I can do here. Maybe another peanut butter sanwhich, awith a bananna.....Meal replacement bar?

    Meal 7: Right before bed. Casien whey shake, some more broccoli mixed in with a salad.

    Thats about it, I know it needs a little help. Before I cycle though, I want to try it out for a month atleast and see How it goes and what you guys have to add to it. Ive been doin the whole Broccoli and Col, flower in the morning and It makes me feel great all day. Thanks.

    real clean bulk. Just more definition, and want abs to pop out.

    OK. I heres what ive managed to try and think up while on cycle and off possibly. I want to maintain my lean physique and add my muscle mass,density. Heres what FITday gave me if this helps...

    5'8ish. 163 lbs. BF% roughly 10%

    My lifts are good.

    Post the macro counts for each meal and for the day.

    How do you expect us to help critique without the diet stats?
