    Arrow The best way to reduce bodyfat in a short time!

    since i have reading topics all over the website ... i noticed that in the majority of the threads there are only mentioned cardio ... diet .... what about steroids ... ?! witch steroids are the best "fat burners"

    i know clenbuterol is pretty good ....
    i read about DNB but lots of warnings with it

    so what do you guys ... say what is better not necessarily this 2....


    ps: what is the best method to determinate bf and on what website i cand find a decent bf calculator?!

    If you see a lot of diet and cardio, that's probably because those are the best ways to lose fat.

    Clen is good alright, but it has its own risks...and its not a steroid.
    I wouldn't venture into DNP not "DNB".
    T3 is a good option also.
    You still have the good ol' ECA stack.

    As for steroids with fat burning properties, I can only remeber tren and var, but it won't make near as much as diet and cardio.

    But like I said before, if you hear a lot of people talking about diet and cardio, why not go that path? Is it too much effort for you?

    You can cut and bulk with any steroid. Diet and Cardio determine the factor at hand.

    my bad ) i`m kind of sleepy DNP ... DNB ) anyway ) well the interesting thing about diets and cardio is just that... do lots of cardio diet ... it`s not rely specified ..what would be best for cardio ... the best diet... and things like that...

    SLICE IT OFF WITH A KNIFE..

    but could cause infection, cause u'd be missing huge areas of skin.

    LMAO..

    Tren is a good steroid for cutting fat..
    but if you are going to use tren, U should be 100% sure you are commiting yourself to steroid use.. cause it could very well lead to permament side-effects; lack of a good hairline on your head, possible Acne if you have not used accutane in the past.

    when all else fails, or you run outtta time and the fat has got to go DNP...im on it right now for the first time and love it....i sweat like a whore in church but it freakin amazing...ran 200 mg first 3 day to see how i handled it and if i had any allergies..now im taking 400 mg a day for the next four days, only thing is dont take all four hundred miligrams at once, did that yesterday and i thought i was in a steam room....supplementing w/ vitamins, minerals, t 3, and ome other shit...drinking 3 gallons water a day and at least 32 ounce of gatorade/poweradde a day.

    always run the low dose till day 5 to establish tolerance. this is when your blood levels will peak...

    thanx for the help on dnp the only thing i can`t get it my town it seems that no one has heard of it (

    is winstrol (winny) + jogging going to help to loose from the fat a little ?!

    sounds to me like your looking for a quick fix, you bf seems around 20-25%? which ni this case winni wont do much for you. I recommend that you do cardio and exercise with the help of clen. but you must set yourself on a diet, which means certain times when you eat andin moderation, non of the i eat when i want at all late hours of the night. t3 also helps loose fat but if you dont combine it with an AS then it will eat muscle away also.

    I think you'd see great results w/clen. You have decent muscle and clen's anti-catabolic properties, should help to keep that muscle.

    Myself, I hate cardio. But did 45 mins. of eliptical 3 days a week before working out while using clen and went from about 18% to 14.5% in about a month. When I worked out I did as much weight as I could for 12 reps and 3 sets. After that month of bring down the BF and from advise of guys on this board, I jumped into the dark side. I ate so much chicken breast and tuna during that time too.

    is there any risk of heart failure associated with clen, t3 or dnp? i have considered doin one of the three but have been apprehencive because of this.

    There are huge risks for heart disease and cardiac arythmias, thats why I dont use them

    you should always do cardio AFTER lifiting weights for maximum fat burning, not before (whih could also impact your workout)

    and tamaska, you don't need steroids. You just need to learn how to diet properly. Thaking any drug (including eca and clen) when everything else is not in check is very stupid imo
    after you learn how to loose weight on a proper diet and excercise you can try clen or eca as an AID.
    If you take steroids hoping they will burn fat for you, you will be very very disappointed

    Your body and muscles after an intense workout will be ***leted of its glycogen stores, and thus your body is in need of immediate nutrients to aid in recovery.

    Doing cardio after an intense workout will put the body under even more stress, making recovery more difficult and as a result could lead to overtraining.

    exactley, since your glycogen is d e pleted the body will take fat d e posits as it source of energy during the cardio...isn't that the goal? his goal is fat loss, not bulking, as you know you can't achieve both at the same time...so again cardio is best after lifitng (or first thing in the morning on empty somach for the same reason). If you are really concerened with catabolism you can take some bcaa during your workout

    I would say the same your right.The bonus in my research is the half-life is shorter than DNP around 17 hours.With this and being as toxic as DNP,this could be the furture for fat loss.As a dose of 50-100 is all that you would need to get the same results as 500mg of normal DNP.I have a feeling it will produce less water,its just you will have to watch your temp very close.Its not clear how your body will respond to the rate of change increase just like the dopper effect.Its the speed of the rate of change that scares me.But hey I got tai and fred to try it out first
