simple question

I read in a post a few days ago. Sun and Thurs is the day they do 250mg of test enth. My question is do you continue with Sun - Thurs throughout the entire cycle or next week do you do mon and fri and so on? I am getting ready to do the every fourth day thing and want to make sure I do it right.

IMO it wont make a difference as long as you keep administering the compound on a consistant basis.

However personally when i use long estered compounds, i administer the compound(s) every Monday and Thursday throughout the entirety of the cycle.

some do every 4 days, some do every 3 days, but most probably do every 3.5 days. for example, injections on mondays in the a.m. and thurdays in the p.m. etc.

It's usually done twice a week to keep a steady level. Some will say every 3 1/2 days. I don't think it matters. I'm on a cutting right now. Inject Sun & Thur. Why? because those are good days for my wife too and she gives my inject.

Understandable, and given your situation IMO Monday and Thursday would be the ideal days to administer your AAS.

As both injection days dont interfere or fall on the weekend, but allow for consistant administration.

This is the first time I am going to try test eth. I did t400 last cycle and I was soar for like four days after every shot. Should i expect the same soarness or by it only being 250mg will it not be as bad?

Most users of Test E (250mg/ml) usually report little to no pain when administering the compound, and post administration pain is non-existent as well.

However their are numerous other variables that could cause your injection site(s) to become sore post administration.

Brand of compound, whether correct injection protocol is used, if compound is administered too quickly, upon administering the compound - the needle is moved around too much, Etc...

These could all lead to soreness of the injection site, however IMO you should be fine if all precautions are taken and correct injection protocol is used.

Thanks that what I wanted to hear. I might go ahead and start now instead of waiting til my season was over. No pain no gain right?

My source told me to expect some soarness last time cuz it was oil based and by it being 400mg the oil was really thick. But, I didnt think I would be as soar as i was. I almost quit a couple of times.
