    Ready to get PUMPED the F UP^

    Hello All,

    Quick story about myself... I'm 25 yrs old, 6'1 185lbs. BF is low, probably 10% or lower.

    I've been working out since college for the last 5-6 years and my diet is shit. I'm off and on with eating well and weekends don't help. I manage to stay in good shape and go through spurts where I feel like I'm ripped as hell and big as hell. Hence the word feel. In these forums I would be more like a runt, but hey I'm okay with that.

    All my friends through college and out of college have been doing roids and I've always said "no". I've never wanted to get huge and still don't want to get huge, but thought if I could find a steroid where it had less side effects and I could get ripper and slightly bigger... then that's just what I'll do.

    I recently got with the local roid head/ bodybuilder in my gym and started talking with him and decided after doing research in these lovely forums and with my roid head buddy... Anavar is most likely going to do the job.

    So ANAVAR is what I've purchased. I look forward to reading more threads and talking with my new fellow roid heads and hopefully I will be able to do a before and after picture for all to see.

    I look forward to finding a strict diet that will work for me and this is the place I plan on finding it. Any suggestions?

    welcome to AR

    as you will find in your reading, DIET is the key and NO steroid will MAKE you ripped or huge. They will aid in both but your diet and training are what will make the difference

    check out the diet forum here and learn to be STRICT with it

    Don't get me wrong.. I work out 5 days a week. But I do lack the ability to keep a strict diet. I mean I'm not eating fast food and pigging out... But eating right during the week only to eat like shit on the weekends is not going to get me the body that I want.

    Not in my daily eating routine. I go out to eat instead of cooking at home. Drink beer on the weekends with the friends.. The girlfriend HAS to have dessert after dinner...

    The excuse list goes on.

    But those days are all over. I've been really good this week on eating and plan on taking it through the weekend.

    Right on! Keep reconfirming your goals and stay with it, maybe set a goal to post some pics on the forum with some before and afters. This should keep you motivated to stick to your diet.....good luck!
