PCT for first cycle...

I am looking for information for my PCT. I have read many posts on the subject and I would like to follow Anthony Roberts but I do not have acess to all of the gear. The main one I dont have acess to is Aromasin. I will list the gear offered by my supplier below. Advise would be greatly appreciated.

Nolvadex
Clomid
Arimidex
Proviron
HCG

My cycle will be 500mg Test E and 450mg DECA per week, lasting 10 weeks.

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

i had good results coming off my first cycle with

hcg 250iu every day x3 weeks
Nolvadex 20 mg day 1-30

arimidex during cycle


good luck. pct was the most confusing part for me - so many different opinions. lots of good stuff on this board - you just have to pick and see what works for you

always run nolva 2 wks longer after your last hcg shot

Thank you for the info, does anyone have any suggestions for nolvadex during the cycle. I have heard two different opinions, one saying everyday during cycle and another saying only at the first sign of trouble. Once again any advice is appreciated.
