revised 'lean' bulk cycle. take a look please

wk1-10 750mg sust250 (eod)
wk1-13 10mg nolva ed
wk7-10 50mg Winstrol ED

PCT:
wk14-16 20mg nolva ed
wk14-16 100mg chlomid ED


history:
10wks 500mg sust250
10wks 500mg enan with 4 wks dianabol. 4 weeks winny at end.
been approx 2 years since last cycle

stats:
200lbs, 185cm. 28yrs old

I think you will be very dissapointed with the EQ at that dose. Even at double that dose it is a very weak compound IMO. I would swap for deca/NPP or Tren.
Would not run the nolva through cyce. Recent research has linked nolva to a number of serious and fatal side effects one of which is cancer. I would keep an AI on hand for gyno related symptoms.
Your PCT is awful. Go to the PCT forums and read the Anthony Roberts PCT thread. I would replace nolva in PCT with toromifene.

bold at 400mg/wk to weak? ive never run an anabolic like that before? the intermediate cycles suggest 400mg i believe? its 50mg/ml aswel so thats like 8 mls alone on the equipoise. would you recommend 500mg? i cant go deca becuase i have a period where i wont get tested and if i run deca its in there for 18 months. and my work does do AAS tests so i gotta be careful about it. so im opting for boldenone.

I would reccomend not taking EQ, if your dead set on it then i would go for 800mg minimum. As for the dose mg/ml then i would suggest you buy some gear that is more concentrated. 200mg/ml is pretty much the standard for EQ these days.

first time I used eq my stats were similar and I did 600 mg a week and wasn't impressed Beast is right 800mg min. For my $ tren is the king of "lean bulk" and you will be much more pleased with the results.

lol 800.. gives the same results as 1200 which gives the same results of 400.. (see a pattrn yet?lol)
