This might be a dumb question so please don't flame to hard, but it seems most people mix their shakes up at the gym or only mix them right before comsumption. I work early in the mornings so I always make my breakfast before I go to bed and I'll make a shake for my second meal. I mix it late at night and let it sit in the blender in the fridge and then mix it up again before going to work. Letting the protein sit that long in water doesn't altar its effectivness does it? I know its probably an ignorant question, but one I just thought I should ask.
