i need advice, im 6ft 170lbs right now, iv been working out for about 5 motnhs natural. i was just wondering.. what would be the best thing for me right now. weight gainer or whey protien. cuz i have probably 17% bodyfat, more so around the hips and butt. and iwant more muscle mass and size, and up weight. so what do you think i should get? (kinda newbie question i apologize, but thats what these forums are for rigght). thansk in advance
