    Adding Tribulus to PCT ???

Has anyone used Tribulus during their PCT?

I'm going to take Nolvadex and Aromasin for my PCT, but thought adding Tribulus would help.

Anyone thoughts on this one? thanks

Tribulus and ZMA are both great products to use off cycle as well as PCT. I take ZMA almost all the time. It'll help you sleep when you take AAS' or sups that keep you up. I take 3 ZMA every night before bed with 2g's of Fish Oil, 2g's of Flax Seed Oil and 400 IU of Vit. E.

Tribulus does not increase testosterone levels, only estrogen levels according to studies,
sometimes it will increase libido a little bit.

Zinc Magnesium Aspartate. It's good if you're deficient, otherwise, it's a sham. All of the athletes who swore by ZMA were the guys who were on BALCO's payroll. It's a dogshit supp, for the price. Regular Zinc and Magnesium are 1/10th the cost and just as good.

Even better is that ZMA was highly praised in a certain magazine called "All Natural Muscular Development and Fitness" which is what Muscular Development was called before they were "HARDCORE!".

Their current senior editor was called "The Muscle Gourmet" and he wrote low-fat pizza recipes before he became Mr.Hardcore-steroid-guy.

Here's some before and after pics of him

It's very common for athletes and hard training individuals to be ***leted or deficient in both zinc and magnesium. Most athletes and active people are deficient in zinc and magnesium which results in decreased hormone levels. I am fully aware of Victor Conte, SNAC Systems and BALCO, who actually funded the 1999 study that showed huge increases in testosterone levels and muscle growth in NCAA Football players. That study holds no weight in my decision to use the product, since the company and individual that are holding the "patent pending" status on the product are the one's that funded Dr. Brilla's study.
However, I have had great results on the product, not that I have tested my test levels on and off, but just in shear sleeping patterns. When Superdrol first came out, I tried it and had MAJOR sleeping issues. I was recommend to try ZMA and it worked great. I was able to sleep through the night and felt a ton better when I woke up. I'm sure the sleep alone made a big difference in recovery, but I am convinced that the ZMA helped as well.
Whether you like ZMA as a product or not, you can't argue that Zinc and Magnesium are vital minerals in the body. You also can't argue that highly active, hard training or athletic people are prone to zinc and magnesium ***letion. Through increased perspiration, urination and fluid intake zinc, magnesium and many other minerals are washed out of the body. Magnesium especially is usually not reintroduced into the body by diet alone.
So, what I'm trying to say is that as long as you don't expect miracles from the product, it's been my experience that it works to speed up recovery and assist in a better nights sleep. If price is your argument, Optimum Nutrition ZMA can be had from many sup sites around the web, for under $20 for 180 caps. I haven't priced Zinc and Magnesium separately, but I doubt you could get both in the same dosages and on the retail market, for less than that.
Understanding what the supplement is and what to expect from it is important. If you can't see through marketing and "lab" induced hype, your going to end up waisting a lot of money on useless crap and that goes for all of the sups out there on the market today.

I'm saying the athletes in that "all natural" magazine who used ZMA to win olympic gold were all later found to be on steroids. ZMA is great for a good night's sleep, but that's it.
