first cycle

i am about to start a 12 week cycle of test with a kick of dbol, i ve asked and had any different answers. i'm going to take test e 250mg twice a week, and 20 mg a day(do you take even on my two rast days?) what should i take with it and when?
***** i've been told to start on week 14 and take clomid at 50mg per day for two weeks with 2000IU every 3rd day of HCG.

***** i've also been told to take Arimidex at .5mg a day for the whole cycle.
which would you do or how would you charge it

no need of hcg for a test only cycle, if you have clomid and arimidex than thats your pct right there, on week 14 run Clomid 100mg tapper down to 50mg for 4wks + arimidex 0.5mg for 3-4wks

if i do arimidex 0.5mg for 3-4wks when would i start it or would it be better to do it every day during my cycle? also if i workout tuesday-sat do i take the dbol even on my off days?
