    Gear for running?

Ok so I had a new master chief check into my command and he is a ****in prick... excuse my language but he is. No other word to describe him. My last senior enlisted leader let me go to the gym for PT but this guy refuses to let that happen and ordered me to PT with the command. Its basically A 45 minute muscle break down session.

today was the 3 mi run... and Due to previous injuries from a motorcycle accident i had... That turned into a 3/4 mile run and a 2 1/4 mile walk. Its not because I have no cardio endurance, because i got plenty of that. But because my shins hurt soooooo bad that they prevent me from even walking properly.

Im getting ready to take a Test E Winny Cycle... to bulk up But I HAVE to run that 3 mile run 2 days a week. So will the test E help with those shin splints? I heard about alot of endurance athletes running winny... I need help cuz this guy is relentless.

equipoise could help with that due to its ability to heavily increase RBC, if you have shin splits maybe winstrol is not the way to go though...also what benefits do you see from taking winstrol in a bulking cycle?

I haven't ran much in a while, usually do the eliptical for 40 minutes for cardio. But the other day I tried jogging a mile and a half. I had to quite about 3/4 of a mile from shin splints bad shin splints, currently running winny w/testE.

I used to jog frequently about 2 years ago and never had issues. Keep in mind I weigh about 40lbs more than I used to when I jogged frequently (from doing two cycles) so that may have something to do with it also.

Good old test makes me faster and gives me more endurance for cardio. Tren makes me feel like an old man.

I would try an anavar test combo though. That would make you carl lewis.

Also swimmers back in the day were known to use mast.

I love how people on this forum love to think AAS is just for bodybuilding. Barry Bonds might disagree.

Its a lean bulk cycle... Winny will be implemented at the very end of the cycle.

Tell that to all the Olympic athletes that test positive for nandrolone. It must do something 'cause it is usually not long after they have blown the competition out of the water that they get caught.

This MChief just checked into your command? Are you in good w/your DivO? Would you feel comfortable going to him (DivO) and asking if he could get you exempt from PT w/the command and self PT?

Or tell the MChief that you'll do a practice PRT in two weeks or whenever and if you OS it you'd like to self PT.

    Just some suggestions.... Good luck.

My DivO is a junior officer... Just made LT... Hes a great guy but is just as new as the MC and the MC is a PT nutjob. There will be no dice with this close minded ****face.

when i'm not bulking i do quite a bit of running... about 6 miles every other day so my cardio is pretty solid, but when i'm on aas i try to limit my running just because my metabolism is ridiculous and it would defeat the purpose if i continued while i was cycling for bulk. but every now and again i'll go for a long fast run even while cycling and i have to say my pace is the same if not faster when on. my joints and my wind feel great. i run deca/test

    100% Agreed.
    Other compounds work...
Clenbuterol never did me any wrong in the cardio ***artment.

Clen is definitely not for cardio improvement... My heart rate goes through the roof at a mild walk and I get winded very easily while on it.
