1/2 Cup of Oats
Shake (500 cal / 45g protein)

6oz Steak
Brocolli

I am thinking of eating the 830AM meal again before bed at about 1130, but am not sure. I have the exact macros at home but my keyboard broke =(. They were roughly 3500, 225g. I drink water with every meal, about 4-5L a day.
