Going to start PT at my local gym soon, The owner and I are in the process of ironing out the details, and a few questions poped up in my head.
maybe some of you guys could offer a few pearls of wisdom.
1. If you worked in***endently out of someone elses gym, What kind of split do you think is fair, the owner suggested if I do training on the clock (as ill be working front desk, etc.) it would be 50-50, If it was on my own time, he said 75-25 (75 to me/25 gym)
2. What kind of package deals do you run? Do you offer a cheaper price for more sessions, Do you refund all sessions if they cancel entirely? Do you refund if they cancel a session last minute?
3.Do any of you offer program design, and how many weeks long? How about Diet plans? What do you charge on avg?
4. What are some of your fav ways to train clients? Circut? Cross-train? Traditional Bodybuilding esq?
5. How many times do you refer a client to see a physician due to health problems, What are the minimum health assesments you do before starting an exercise program.
6. How many chicks can I expect to hook up with?

I know this thread sucks, and these are boring questions but if anyone could offer there advice that would be awesome!
