First shot ever tonight...

The time has come. Tonight will be my first shot ever (250mg of Test C/300mg of EQ). I'm using 23g 1 1/2 inch pins. I've researched all of the injection site protocols, but was just wondering if anyone has any tried and true methods to make the experience go a bit smoother? Any secrets you'd like to share would be greatly appreciated (pre and post shot)! Thanks in advance!

approach it like a man, and you will have no problems. I assume you will be doing a glut injection(upper butt muscle)? If so, dont think about it, just stick it in, asperate, and push the plunger.

There is nothing to it. Your fear is the only factor. I doubt that you'll even feel it at all.

More Importantly:
Save the EQ for another cycle. All you need is test, bro. Trust me. Besides, EQ is worthless.

I was thinking glute or thigh. Only reason I was debating a thigh injection as opposed to the glute is that it's right in front of me. Any thoughts?

If doing it yourself, I would go ahead and hit the delt personally. The glute can be a bitch for some people.

There is nothing to it regardless, like JTS mentioned. Your fear is the only thing of concern.

Once you got it all in, rub the injection site. And put it in at a steady pace, one that your body will allow. If you push it in to fast you most likely would end up with a knot etc..

Imo i would'nt shoot the thigh for the first time. its virgin muscle and you might not be able to walk for awhile. i would hit your glute or delt. i personally warm my oil up before i shoot, it seems to help. and massage your injection site for about 5 minutes after your injection and all will be well

I jab everywhere. Pecs, delts, butt, quads, etc. Its all muscle and it all feels the same. Lets hope its not your gear that cripples you. Good luck.

Go with upper glute. Good luck. Really nothing to it!

If drawing from vials remember to hit the stopper w/some alcohol and let it evaporate! Same w/the injection site you chose, wipe w/alcohol and let the alcohol evaporate before injecting.

Extra little tips. Like mentioned warm the gear up, especially if you're using a 23 gauge to draw, it draws up a little quicker warmed up. Don't draw and shoot w/the same pin. Once gear is in the syringe, I take a blow dryer to it for a few seconds to warm it before I shoot. Push a little of the gear through the pin before you shoot. This lubes the pin a little and also fills the pin w/oil so you're not shooting air during the very first few miliseconds of pushing.

I like to take a hot shower right after injecting and let the hot water flow directly on the injection site and message it at the same time. My first time I was nervous and sweating my ass off while prepping, had to take a cold shower after to cool down a bit. But all in all nothing to it. Enjoy the darkside.

Bump this. I like to warm it and have it injected very slow. Don't rub it or massage it afterwards just let it set there and do what it does.

Im surprised with these opinions. I would suggest that he hit his quad the first time. Easy to see and manipulate. It is important that he work on his technique first before he starts tryin to hit his glute. Also, more important than where is making sure he follows sterile injection protocal. USe 1 pin to draw and another to inject. Good luck.
