Hi everyone
I have this bottle of m1t and want to begin it soon. Just waiting for a 4-ad (fight lethargy) as i'm in canada and it's illegal...can't find it.
Anyway, last time i try M1t, my appetite was decreasing and it shitting my diet off. Anyone knows a product or something to fight this side??

it says decreased or increased appitite right on the bottle, at least all the ones ive seen. u just gotta force the food down esp the carbs so u dont get as lathargic. keep ur energy levels up with b-12 and or ester c. as for appitite try eating alot of smaller meals thru the day
