125g of carbs p/day isn't much, and if you are using IGF1LR3, then be ready to experience a bit of hypo probably. Ensure you have some simple sugars on you post IGF injection. IGF doesn't effect your BG as much as insulin, but wit the amount of carbs you are having per day, you still may get some hypo symptoms. So as I said, make sure you have some simple sugars on hand after you have your IGF shot.
I am just like you, the carbohydrates hate me and I hate them twice as much. As soon as I have some carbs, I feel and look fat. However, what you got to understand is wether you are using IGF or not, the consumption of simple sugars PWO is very important as it will help replenish glycogen. So some glucose + whey PWO is the key.
Just see how you go and adjust consumption amount upon how you feel.
