Every day its the same thing.... I troll around on these boards to scrape up little tid bits of info to learn something new and 90% of the crap I read on here is

I just want to beat these peoples heads in... weather you bulking or dieting or just plain working out to stay healthy

Pump yourself full of 20g of test/ week and you will kill yourself before your shredded if you dont have your diet down!!!! ARGGGGGGGGGG
