Side effects of long term Letrozole use.

Arimidex doesn't work for me because I still look bloated with water retention even when taking 1mg a day.

I look dry and amazing while on Letrozole at 2.5mg/day. I plan to drop it to .25mg to .50mg/day after two weeks and see if the water retention comes back.
If I still look amazingly dry at 0.25mg/day of Letrozole then I'll be on it for the long term, Im talking about years. Im taking it to combat estrogen while on TRT because Im sensitive to gyno and water retention.

Im worried about the effects of long-term Letrozole usage. Particularly if it is true that one's body has a risk of developing resistance to Letrozole that after long term use the drug doesn't have any effect on one's body anymore.

I want to know if there is any data that studies longterm Letrozole usage and its effect on lipid-profiles, bone strength/density or other organs, cardiovascular health, and quality of life.

I second that notion. Even with just .125 a day i felt my sex-drive compromised. Going with aromasin next time around while on cycle.

thats not a good idea man, use letro only when u have to during cycle or pct. we use it when estrogen levels are too high or to stop aromatization, but why do you wanna run all the time for a long term ? you want your body to function with testosterone only and no estrgoen ? the body needs estrogen, if you run letro for too long you will start having joints problems and unhealthy immune system.
