I would love to do those but I can't... well, I injured my right leg somehow several years back and its never been the same walking on it... I've been to the doctors several time but they say I'm fine, and I know I'm not. Basically, what I've found out, is it's in my heel. Doing Calf raises I do not have full range of motion in my right heel and it's slightly sore all the time... So when I try and do ass to grass squats I feel it more in 1 leg then the other, so I just go parallel and it's an even burn...Originally Posted by briancb1
