    A couple pics 6 months of progress, sitting lean at 225 right now

    pic 1 - 240lbs and sloppy (date not correct on camera, really around jan/feb 07)

    pic 2 - 220lbs after cutting (date not right on camera)

    pic 3 - slowly back up to 230lbs (late april)

    pic 4 - 225lbs and pretty lean (today)

    pic 5 - 225lbs and pretty lean (today)



    What do you guys think??

    Ya i'm 6'3" long arms and legs that are hard to fill out

    honesty whats next I dunno, I don't really wanna get any bigger, well I don't want my body any bigger my arms could use an inch or so

    I have been a semi lean 245lbs (not the first pic lol that was after not working out due to injury) and didn't like being that big and all the girls tell me I look alot better shredded up so I am not sure

    I know its stupid but any guesses on body fat, I'm thinking 10-12% in the last 2 pics

    hopefully closer to 10% I would like to get down to the 8% range

    ya dude most days no carbs at all, for my body type (endomorph) if I look at bread I get bloated

    all I eat is eggs w/cheese, Chicken/veggies, Tuna/Mayo, Steak/veggies

    most days only carbs are 2 bananas in my post workout shake

    ya i would say 10% also. endomorph... lucky! lol if i dont eat all carbs and protein in sight i lose weight haha.

    Ya i'm an endomorph I can easily put on 10lbs in a week if I don't diet and exercise

    just hit up the gym this morning for a workout, weighed 220lbs with an empty stomach

    Back lost a little width but still pretty thick thanks to deadlifts

    Looking very good! We weigh the same but you have much better abs.

    lookin good brotha..prety thick for bein so tall..can you not get away with a little more carbs in your day? i dont know if your energy suffers but i would be eating mroe carbs esp in the morning..for the sake of my energy as well as my hunger.
    regardless lookin good man, im sure hitting a lean 245 wont be a problem for you.

    ya I could get away with more carbs but honesty I don't have any problems with energy

    I was 240 with slightly higher bodyfat about 1.5 years ago, abs were showing a lil bit but I hurt my shoulder and couldn't work out for a while and ended up looking like I did in the first pic

    weighed 218 this morning.....

    very very low carbs (close to none) and empty stomach workout still getting 225 on bench for 12 reps and lots of energy

    so my waist is exactly 32 inchs, the last time it was this small may have been 6th grade, i'm pleased to say the least
