was there an injury or activity that lead to the pain or did it seem to come on by itself?

it kinda seemed to just come on. it may be due to lifting?

The key to your problem lies within the former fix.
What did the chiro attribute it to?
How long did the fix last?
Is it the same exact location, only worse pain?

Call and speak with the chiropractor to get some answers.

How severe is the pain? The best thing you can do is take it easy on your back. Most back injury's get better with time.

If you want me to speculate I will. People with L4-5 (L means lumbar)radiculopathy (nerve root compression) report low back, lateral thiegh and hip pain and have weakness in dos***exion in the foot and toes. The nerve root resposable for the balls would be either S 2 or 3. Your sacrum is made up of spinal segments already fused so the pain would be resulting from spinal stenosis at the L 4-5 level assuming you have nerve root compression at that level. You may need an L 4-5 disectomy. This is a really rough guess and making a proper assessment is impossible without a full examination and MRI. If the pain doesn't get better and you fail to get relief from conservative treatment i.e. going to the chiropractor get a referral to a good spine surgeon and get a full workup.
