I have a huge passion for lifting, whether it be bodybuilding or powerlifting. I've been lifting since I was 15 (21 now) and haven't stopped since.
Stats:
Height - 6'3
Weight - 220
Bench (x5) - 290
Squat (x5) - 385
Deadlift (x5) - 365
BB Row (x5) - 205 (this ones more of a guesstimate)
I have worked my ass off to get as cut as I can, but I just can't get below 215 and continue to have too much body fat, especially in my chest. I was dieting so good for almost a month, but then I went to Vegas last weekend and celebrated my 21st yesterday. Needless to say, I feel like I've ruined myself, but at least I've had some good times-it was worth it.
Time to get back on track. At this point I don't know what to do - start bulking up or continue to cut even though it seems I just can't drop anymore fat.
What do you think?
