the other day i was doing heavy shoulder presses with dumbbells. Anyways, i felt a weird pain in my elbow so i stopped the pressing exercises, but finished my workout. It been four days now, and my elbow is realy tight. I have all range of motion, but if i dont use my arm for a while it tightens up, like after i wake up. Yesterday i was able to do my back workout with no pain, but today i was gonna train chest, but i had to leave the gym because of the pain in my elbow. I dont have any brusing, and there really isnt any swelling, and im not in severe pain. Does anyone know what it could be and how long it takes to go away. Plus, im really depressed about it because i see guys at the gym with the worst form ever and they never hurt themselves, but i end up getting hurt!
