WHenever I have received HCG through the mail it came lyophilized, meaning that it was still in powder form, and I reconstituted it myself. After it is reconstituted it definitely needs to be refrigerated. Did yours come as liquid??

Even in powder form it is supposed to stay refrigerated. The pharmacy where I get mine, get them out of their refrigerator. I doubt a week or so at room temperature will destroy the powder. It will need to be refrigerated after reconstitution though.

It sounds like you received the same setup I got. My powder was not refrigerated during shipping, I did however have it overnighted (don't know if that has any bearing), and after I reconstituted it, it definately worked. I know because my balls returned, and exceeded their pre-cycle size quickly.
