This is the 2nd cycle I have done using this protocol.....I have yet had anything work this well so I wanted to share the info and get some feed back.

4:30am 5iu HGH
8:30am 5iu hgh, 40mcgs PGCL
9:30am 15mcgs IGF
9:40am 5iu Humalog
9:50am 60grams protein, 50grams mixed carbs very little fat

PWO
10iu HGH, 20min later 30mcgs IGF, 10 min later 10ius humalog
60grams protein, 100grams mixed carbs
1 hours later clean meal 60 protain, 50grams carbs (potato or rice) very little fat.

6pm 15mcgs IGF, 5ius Humalog, clean meal 60grams protein, 50grams carbs (rice or potato) very little fat maybe 10grams from flax oil or all natural peanut butter.

I use PGCL every morning everthing else is EOD for 4 weeks then 2 weeks off.

I'm 5'6" @ 220 super lean and 9 weeks out form my bodybuilding contest I'll post pix soon Thanks BIGJAY
