Hey all I'm new to the site and have a burnig question to ask.....literally. Over the last several weeks I have had an excruciating pain in my forearms like I've never had. I've worked out pretty consistantly over the last 3 years and have never had this happen. The pain is like having knives stuck into my forearms every time I grip something. It hurts to the bone whatever it is. I've been fighting through it for the last couple of weeks but now it's to the point where it's affecting almost everything I do. Any idea's on what it is and how to cure it is very much appriciated

Is it high on your forearm near the bicep connection? I had the same problem and it turned out to be a partial bicep tendon tear. Happen about a year ago and I still can't train biceps as heavy as I used to and I get pain there when training back.
