T3/clen headache

I just started my T3/clen today and I have a severe headache. Is this right, and is there anything I can do to prevent it?

What dosages are you taking of each compound?? Also, I would suggest drinking plenty of water and supplementing with taurine, and alcar.

clen gives me headaches when i up the dose...

Yesterday I did 20mcg of each. I was gonna up the dose to 40mcg of each today but that headache was so terrible, Im afraid.

I have never ran t3 with clen, but I have run plenty of clen and never got a headache, even at dosages 160mcg/day and over. It may be your specific reaction to the compounds, or possibly the synergistic effect of the clen with the t3. In any case, make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and supplementing with taurine.

just take some tylenol

drink a tone of water. Water is the trigger for weight loss. the more you drink the more you will loose. patasium and taurine are a must or you will have cramps

Clen/T3 can be very strong. Stick with a low dose and see how your body reacts. Try some tylenol and see how that works. This could all just be coincidence, but if it continues or gets worse you should stop.

at least you are smart by starting off with small amounts, you may want to stick with each dose a lil longer - 3-5 days.
