    Hello Everyone,

I've been quietly lurking on this board for awhile trying to absorb all the information. Even though I"ve been working out on and off for several years, there is so much information and knowledge from the folks here, who share their experiences! Thank you for all your information! It is great

I had about a 7 year layoff from working out, but after getting back into the gym several months ago, I was surprised how well my body responded and was quickly able to shed some fat and to get into half way decent shape.
A good friend of mine just joined the gym as well, I think having a partner will also help me work out on a regular basis as well as motivate me.

I hope to be able to contribute to this great site and look forward to meeting some new friends
    Thanks again
    Barry

    thanks everyone!

Just a bit of information about myself which some of it I did not mention in my original post, I am 5'10, 185lbs and about 17-18% bodyfat. I started working out again on a regular basis about six months ago, after about a 7 year layoff.

Six months ago, I was wei***ng about 210lbs with about 23-24% bf. I went on a very low calorie and carb diet. I was only eating about 800-900 calories a day, combined with less then 10grams of carbs

As you all know, this is not real healthy, but I lost a lot of body fat and it gave me motivation as I saw the results. Currently, I am eating about 6 small meals a day(about 1800-2000 calories). Calories, carbs and protein are now more balanced!

My goal is to have a lean, hard, defined look with increased strength. I am not interested in building much mass at this time. I would like to be no more than 190lbs, with body fat down to 12-13%

I am struggling with lowering my bf, even though I do about 30 minutes a day (5-6 days/week) of cardio. I will not reduce my calorie and carb intake as I did previously, I want to keep the lean muscle that I have.

I've read several threads about Clen. and I have my own opinion, but would also welcome any thoughts!. I have done cycles in the past, but they were intended solely for mass.
