no fake protein stuff, eat real lean protein, like some eggs or some turkey/ham/tuna
11:30 a.m.- 3/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup beans, can of chicken - 60g protein - 45g carbs
2:45 p.m. - 3/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup beans, can of chicken - 60g protein - 45g carbs
take out rice, add some good fibrous veggies (brocolli, green beans, spinach)
3:45 p.m. - 1 boiled egg white - 3g protein with hgh #2
4:45 p.m. - protein shake - 25g protein - 3g carbs
again take out that shake stuff, eat some real food, real protein (shrimp, tilapia, chicken, pork, etc.. etc..) and throw is in some more veggies
5:30 p.m. - Gym
7:00 p.m. - Post workout protein shake - 50g protein
again, lean protein and add some carbs, u just finished working out, re-fuel your body of its depleted energy
8:00 p.m. - PWO meal may vary..... approx. - 40g protein -30g carbs
11:00 p.m.- Protein shake - 25g protein -3g carbsno way, eat some mixed nuts, P.B. some C.C., cassein (sp?), youll digest that protein shake in 30minutes!! give your body some slow digesting proteins for those 6-7hours of no eating/fasting sleep your gonna do
