Your diet is pretty good. I know its hard but your best gains come from real food where ever possible. Shakes are good when you cant get real food but are not the best for building mass. i would ditch one or more of your shakes and add in another basic small meal of chicken, fish or steak with vege's. You also might want to try switching your last protein shake before you go to bed with a good source of Casein protein such as cottage cheese. I personally have 250grams of cottage cheese with some natural unsalted nuts before bed.
Hang in their with the Test Prop Imo it has fewer sides then long estered test if you can handle the pain. I know its meant to start working faster than long estered but give it at least 3 to 4 weeks to really get going. And I agree with Kratos about the HCG it is not part of my cycle or pct. I am prone to Gyno so I run 0.5ml Tamox and 0.25ml L-dex ED when on cycle and add clomid to this for PCT. Hope it all works out good for you
