lion absorbtion

i've used alot of different lion products and i've always been curious is there a best way to take it for max effectiveness, sometimes i spray it under my tongue and let it sit, sometimes on the tongue and some time just kinda shoot it in my mouth aand some chills on the tongue and some gets swallowed, what is the most effective way. thanks.

Good question. I too am interested in the best place for absorption. Intuitively I would guess that under the tongue would be good.

Mixing with water in one of those 3 or 5 oz. dixie cups and taking it like a shot might work well to get it down the hatch also.
