Can anyone give me a start on what to take for endurance, speed, and strength. I'm into endurance training track and field.

Steroids to take for endurance, strength speed?
Almost all steroids are going to crush you cardiovascularly. Steroids arent meant to help you run faster or have more endurance. The increases in blood pressure, bad cholesterol etc, do nothing to help you in anything endurance related. I wouldnt be looking to take any juice to make me better on the track, to gain a lot of muscle on the other hand is another story...
btw, how old are you?
Twenty Six
I agree with Amorphic on this one, considering the goals or needs you have mentioned. Try cycling some creatine for 8 weeks. You are sure to notice some changes with this.
I found that on my Test E and Eq cycle my endurance was much higher. Eq raises RBC quite a bit and more RBC would make your blood more oxygenated and I found that catching my breath was much faster and I didn't get much out of breath to begin with when doing whatever exercise, but I also found that I needed to take like an hour nap everyday but other than that my energy was fine. If your Eq is too high your RBC would get too high and make you lethargic but you could fix that by giving blood.
Equipose
test is best
Edited. Read the board rules.

EPO
be careful with that stuff, but it's the best for endurance.
EPO would definetly work very well but I think it would be safer to just use Eq.Originally Posted by ginkobulloba
thanks..this helps me out a lot
test and eq worked for me also. whats epo....i know do the search thing
epo would work best for a long distance runner. you dont want to put on too much muscle or store fat with the use of aas. epo is less expensive than aas, and would benefit you more. much research is needed before using it because you must monitor your body much much more than when cycling aas.
