    how to transition from bulking to cutting cycle?

    I am coming off of my bulking cycle of
    dbol 50mg ed week 1-5
    test e 550mg week 1-12
    deca 550mg week 1-8, 800mg week 9-10

    How long after pct do you guys keep trying to bulk before transitioning into the cutting phase?

    Also I am wondering (probably not going to) about maybe just cruising test e 125 mg per week for 12 weeks then going into my cutting cycle, that way I can start cutting soon and hopefully keep more size, I am 280 at 19%bf and 6'2" I want to cut down to 250 and 10%bf.
    my cutting cycle is this
    Week 1-12 sust 500 or 750 mg per week
    week 1-10 tren a 600mg per week
    week 1-5 winnie 50mg ed, week 9-14 75mg ed
    clen and t-3 starting week -6 going through pct each alternating 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

    do not **** w/ diet during pct .. keep it in a state of caloric excess.. catabolism is very easily attainable during this phase.

    i still dont know why someone who trains for strongman would ... run pct lol

    Yeah, no way was I going to start cutting during pct. Also I see your point with the pct.

    its all on your workout program and diet. As for workout, I suggest u go with lower weights but heigher reps...that 'll cut u exercise aggressively each session.
