Does Aromasin hinder gains!!

Hey fellas i just started a cycle,

100mg test prop eod 1-8
50 mg winny inject ed 1-8
50 mg proviron ed 1-8
4 iu's hgh (2am/2pm) 6 months

I am a bit gyno prone so do i use Aromasin or a-dex from start to finish. From what ive been reading Aromasin is more effective with less sides than a-dex. Sides meaning that it lessens strength gains.. What dosage daily should i run.

IMO run arimidex at about 0.25mg ED during cycle

in conjuction with your proviron, it should be enough

if you start getting gyno symptons, bump to 0.5mg ED

save aromasin for PCT

THey are both AI's, do similar tasks, etc.

yes they are both AI's but Nolvadex, which will likely be used during PCT, has a negative effect on arimidex effectiveness

so aromasin + nolva for pct would be a better option

sure its OK but you will need to be a surgeon to make such a cut! ..its likely not that easy bro...

try it but you might be better off cutting them in half, preferably using a pill cutter, and just taking 0.5mg EOD.....if you start getting any gyno symptons, you could always just bump that to 0.5mg ED

thats also a fine option....approx 15mg ED of aromasin should be a good dose to run throughout

I'm on week 12 of my cycle. Used 15mg of Aromasin ed. It was a cutter, and I don't think it hindered any kind of gains. I gained 90lbs. on my bench max, gained an inch on my chest and arms, and lost over 9 inches from my waist. I would say just run it through cycle at 15mg and up that to 30mg or so after the cycle in conjunction w/ Nolva
