    do u need to do pct for clen also can i use it during wrestling season

    do i need to use pct after clen and also can i use clen during wretling
    or will it cause alot of cramps

    No pct needed. Just push the water and you should be fine. I wrestled for 6 years, I feel bad for you that you need clen to drop weight. Wrestlers by default are excellent at cutting.

    no, you don't need pct after clen. if you take clen to long you'll start to cramp, if so take a good multi-mineral, plenty of potasium, and plenty of water

    clen speeds up my heart rate. i dont even like doing cardio on clen, nvm wrestling or something like that.

    i see no benefit to doing clen while wrestling... your heart will be going out of control...

    your profile says 11% body fat, what are you using clen for?

    At a small dose like 20mcg I think it would be benifical to you, any higher and I think you would hate it. you would want to watch your blood pressur and make sure you are drinking enough water,eating bananas, and taking a multi vitamen. it seems to keep me fuller and a little stronger. but I actully am gaining weight with it. Im loseing fat and puting on lean mass.

    Although this can be (varies w/the individual) quite true, you must remember it is only applicable during the drug's active-life.

    understand... but that would depend on when he takes it.... if he took it before practice thinking it will give him energy then his heart will race like a horse.... also depends on dosage also... thanks for bringing that up magic that is a very good poitn..

    im in the 189s i weigh 183 and im at 11 percent so i need to maintain my muscle and get to 7%

    I had the same problem, I tried clen and went swimming and thought I was having a heart attack, my heart was out of control, I wouldn't touch it if wrestleing plus they can test for it too. Stick to diet and cardio for weight loss. GL

    Precisely what I was referring to.

    The more intense exercises should only be attempted after the active-life (the time the drug imposes its effects on the action site) has expired. Thus, one on Clen can wake up and participate in their activity that morning, or take Clen and do so that evening (several hours after administration). Ephedra works similarly, but not quite as pronounced, and typically has a 6-7hr active-life.

    if you still decide to use clen Get some taurine and you wont have to deal wtih the cramps from clen .

    189 is a highschool weight class where i come from anyway.. because the college weight clas is either 184 then up to 197... im not positive but im not sure i would be taking clen in highschool... why do you have to be a certain body fat to stay in a weightclass.. i thought it was if you dropped below 9% then u couldnt drop anymore weight but there is no rule about having to be a certain bodyfat?

    Sounds like it. Also you're going to need 3-5g of taurine or the cramps will make you one hell of an easy opponent to beat. Oh wait... if your heart is going crazy, you're sweating like a tank, and you cant move due to the fact you're exausted from your heart racing, then you wont be doing much winning anyways.

    by the way, in my opinion there is no need to intimidate your opponent if you are good enough. Have you ever seen Fedor Emelianenko fight? He stands there looking bored and pudgy, without expression, until the bell rings, then he takes his opponent apart.
