Gald to see you back I am a friend of bill w. My advice to you would be to build a good base. Get back to the gym hit it hard. Lot's of food water. Most of those supps you have are bunk. Like the ZMA will help you sleep'but that's all. Train hard keep you head up One Day At A Time.

Good to see you back bro. have you ben to th gym at all since u wrote this? obviously you have a good base if u were as heavy as u said u were. I would say use that NO shotgun 30min before the gym evertime u go to the gym. that stuff is amazing if you like NO supps and trust me the pumps are f'in crazy. i would continue the NO shotgun until its gone. which will prob be about a month mabye a lil longer. then hop on those mass tabs and make sure you get all your support supps and use the 6-oxo and a proper pct when u comeoff it, you could even throw the tribulus in there as well if you like. is the trib or 6-oxo needed? no but you have it so you mine as well.
