lets say for my daily macros, im not to exceed 39g of fat
well.... would that have to be evenly distributed throughout the day? or can i eat it all at once and not any more fat?
for example, i wanna try this meal that is delicious !!!
but it requires in total the amount of 3 tblsp of olive oil totaling to 32g of fat (14g a tblsp)
would i be able to eat that and still be ok if im within my macros? or is that TOO MUCH to ingest at one time?!
