    questions referring to weight loss supplements@#!

    I have a friend his stats are 6'3 270lbs 30% body fat

    he is looking to begin high intensity training, such as cardio and supersets
    to burn cals with slight muscle gains.. But just like any novice in order to stay motivated you have to see results...and everybody wants results rapidly

    i sugguested to him that he take a weight lost supplement, combined with high intensity training and a proper nutrution plan for maximum results...

    i sugguest Hydroxycut from personal experience to lower body fat which can bring out his muscles more after hard training...anybody sugguest another weight lost supplement ???

    it sounds to me like he wants to use the weight loss supplement as a crutch

    It happens ALL too often, with wanting to use fatburning supplements as a crutch for losing weight and wanting to use musclebuilding supplements as a crutch to gain weight--i kno b/c i used to do that. "oh itll be OK if i have this slice of cake b/c i took my fatburner so itll equal out" and "bah i dont need to workout today b/c i took my creatine so thatll build muscle on its own" I used to rationalize skipping out on NECESSARY parts of a training regiment by telling myself that my supplements will do the work for me...I used to think of them as miracle drugs, which I found out is nething but the truth. They are meant to SUPPLEMENT a proper diet and training regiment. Proper diet is the base of ANY successful training regiment and w/o it all your friend will get is dissappointment and discouraged.

    explain to him theres no such thing as 'fast results', and hes gonna have to formulate and stick with a plan if he ever wants to lose weight...his desire to change must be greater than his desire to stay the same, its as simple as that

    Instead help your bud construct a SOLID diet and exercise plan...i can 2384239478% guarantee you he WILL NOT see a spec of change if his diet/traning/cardio is not inline

    Cardio in am on empty stomach and diet as said above are definately the best fat burners. Tell him to have patience that bodyfat didn't jump on overnight and its not magically gonna jump off overnight either

    so would you guys sugguest no weight lost supplement for assistance ? i thought maybe hydroxycut
