Nice traps. Shoulders and upper chest looking decent. Lower chest is should be your main area to focus on. I would do flat bench with both dumbbells and barbells. Some chest dips would be good too (that's with as wide a grip as possible and lifting your legs up a bit). Use the assist machine if needed. Biceps and triceps could use a little work. Add in some standard p-bar dips and close grip bench for that. For biceps some barbell curls are good, but try to do a lot of your sets for back underhand. Like mix in some underhand pulldowns and bent over rows.

I can't tell on the mid back or lats. But middle and lower traps look almost as nice as the uppers. Make sure your back gets worked in the vertical plane as well as the horizontal.

    How are your legs?

After you get your weak spots up in line with your strong areas (traps, shoulders and upper chest), then you can start cutting the body fat.

That way you'll have a nice big even build that will be revealed a little at a time as you lose weight. That will keep you motivated.

Vitimins, minerals and protein are important. Creatine works a little. I don't know about the NO, it didn't seem to do anything for me, but hey if you like it, you might as well.

Agreed. Traps look good but you need to bring the body fat down so you can evaluate what muscles you have under there! Good luck! Check out the diet forum and read the stickies, then search around a lot!

I can't seen to get that last row of abs. and it seems my shoulders feel too for my arms lol. but ya my arms are 16.5 my traps are 8 inches from the coller bone too the back tone line to where it stops.

and i am 200 now still tryin to drop.

I am going to start Taning to get rid of my acne and strech marks once i hit 190.

Well its high, and you need to get it down.
First of all, get diet in check, begin cardio excersize, cut down to a healthy bodyfat percentage.

    I guess 20+

Whats up with your back? :S

Well you've got a pretty thick base anyway, you could put on muscle quite easily but your problem is that you probably put on fat quite easily too, so watch your diet and start packing on that muscle!

Work on your diet (read up on the diet forum) and focus on weight loss. Once you are down to a decent BF%, you'll be able to assess what your strong/weak points are. As for cardio, find a good balance between that and weight training and you should be good to go. In any case, I can tell that your upper body is pretty solid and will be a good base from which you can work.

    cheers

I bet 100 bucks those supps are making you break out with that acne, or at least contributing. Taking more showers will help too. I used to have acne real bad when I was in high school then I adjusted my lifestyle. I still get it a bit, but not bad. Tanning WILL help too. I love being dark, and it does help get rid of it. I think ya look good in some of those pics size wise. Shoulders, traps, biceps, upper chest look good. I don't know how your legs look but if you work on 'em, you'll only look that much better. 20k is about 12 or so miles right? That should definatley help limit your bf. If I were you, I would look to keep getting bigger and trim up a bit. Kill some of your cals but don't make life miserable or your muscles will go byebye. That cardio should be hleping you a ton if you're doing it every day. You must have just started it. And I would check the dieting forum out to get ideas. Keep at it! I don't foresee size being a problem with you in the future.

Diet and cardio is all you need. First thing i would do is cut out all of that junk. A side note, creatine itself makes some people look bloated.

Learn how/when to eat and you will be ahead of the game.

None of the things he is taking cause acne. However being a teenager definitely causes a lot of acne. Lots of people get acne like that or worse. It's very common at that age.

I've never been a big fan of low calorie or slow cardio. I have always found cutting the carbs low while eating a lot of protein, lifting heavy and doing high intensity intervals are more effective and much more muscle sparing. I've got it down to a science now after loosing 12 inches off my pants size.

I wouldn't run on that bad knee. The impact would not be good for it. Since you play hockey, you must know how to skate. So try going skating. Just get going real fast. It will give you the same effect without being hard on the knee. But really if you are playing hockey and practicing martial arts, all you have to do is follow a cutting diet and lift heavy. It will come right off no problem.

Don't worry about the acne. When your hormones level out it will go away.

I boxing gym will be all the cardio you need!! Check out the diet area...very good, has lots of great info. I'm still trying to clean my diet. Nice base to start building mass on. As far as the acne goes, tanning will help, I am guessing the diet check will help even more. Throw in the orange body soap from Neutrogena. I have and had a lot of acne, the dermatologist did the most by prescribing meds.

    And.. WELCOME to the board!

bf % i would say around 25. dieting correctly is the thing that is really going to help u out here. lifting is secondary. stay away from all those supps til u get the bf down.

A clean diet + tanning + showers immediately after sweating are the only things that are going to help with that acne but none of them will make it completely go away. only other thing would be accutane which would definitely help but then u gotta deal with the sides....ur just gonna have to deal with it til ur hormones level out.

Tanning causes the skin to thicken and keratinize, which makes it more difficult to clear the pores.

dude, if you dont know what your talking about dont talk. tanning and acne clearing up go hand in hand and have for YEARS. its that simple. leave it alone.
